I am soooo crap at diets as well... and I'm also crap at keeping any exercise regime going. So basically, I ROCK! haha.

Trust me I am sneaky! I have a fat gut and fat arms too, I feel so dirty with all this fat on me!!!!!!!! I'm blaming England. :(
