It says "Jeremy," (じえれみー), but those are the wrong characters! That's hiragana, which is used for Japanese words ONLY. For foreign names, you MUST use katakana, in which case, the correct (albeit still stupid) arse-tattoo would be ジエレミー.

And hey, dyeing the forehead makes you look all avant-garde and artsy. It's a good look, keep it up! ;-)
