Good at work?

Damn, I got some really good news at work yesterday. Apparently I've proven myself an amazing worker and so they've moved me into another team as they're losing a team member. The new girl in that team is taking my place so while this new team I'm moving to will still be down one person, apparently I've proven myself so good that they know I'll do brilliantly.

I'm amazed. Shocked even. I worry too much, and am always thinking I suck at everything and will surely be "let go" at the end of the three-month probation period next month. Not that I had any reason to thisnk this, that's just how my mind seems to work. Shit I've only been there nine weeks and they have this much confidence in me!

The best thing is I know I'll do well, I'm not getting stressed about ruining everything and disappointing everyone who placed their faith in me. I'm pretty darn proud of myself! Wow!

Oh so is it like a promotion? Thats really cool, what are the differences between the jobs? It was like when I went from the call centre to collections. Its so much better here.

Not a promotion, but basically a huge pat on the back for doing so well after only 9 weeks on the job. This job is really full on, so I guess I've shown I can take on anything and run with it...or something like that.
