Weekend roundup, and a Harry Potter moment

rockfotzeWELL! After all the anticipation, the Brisbane Medieval Fair was CANCELED! We drove all the way to Kedron to find this out, so we were very unimpressed. We didn't want to waste the day so we went and saw the new Fantastic Four film, which was pretty good (though I haven't seen the first one due to the fact I was traveling when it came out, so I'm sure I missed a lot).
Weekend wise was alright, I went to Breaks & Enter with Anthony which ended up being really good. Though a fight broke out at one point where I somehow summoned the strength to hold back some random guy from getting into the fight (my arms are hurting now, let me tell ya) and Anthony was somehow kicked in the throat when he tried to break it up, so now he can hardly talk. Nothing like alcohol to fuel the aggression in men, huh! Actually something rather unsettling happened but I won't write about it here or now. I only just got it cleared up tonight, so I'd rather not think about it just now (yes, I am being cryptic, thank you very much).
I was in a terrible mood on Saturday, though I did go out and get my photos taken for Sexy Young Things which cheered me up quite a bit (gotta love compliments from strangers when you're feeling down). That night I took mum to the Custom Rockabilly gig which was good, a guy asked me up to do some rock n roll dancing with him and despite it being about five years since I learned it, I did OK.

Alright, so after seeing the awesome displays at the cinemas for the latest Harry Potter film, I'm now as stumped as ever as to who to dress as for all of the upcoming film/book releases, as well as the Harry Potter day we're all attending for the club. My two favourite options are Bellatrix Lestrange or Tonks. Both costumes would be really easy to come up with (though I'm going to have to make some sort of black cloak for either one, I reckon).
Should I be Bellatrix as from the new film, or should I be Tonks as drawn by![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
vikingcarrot? I guess I could do both since I'll need to dress up at least three times in the coming month...but maybe I should just go with one? Man, Tonks would be so easy, I probably wouldn't need to buy anything extra except maybe some pink hair spray. But upon seeing pictures of Helena Bonham Carter as Bellatrix I am madly in love with this look. OH THE DECISIONS!
