An update!
Thursday, 27 September 2007 23:49I need to do a decent sized post but have been exceptionally busy, as well as making a concerted effort to stay off the computer as much as possible. Mainly because I bought a tonne of DVDs recently and they don't watch themselves!
Let's see, last Thursday night I went to a random modeling competition, where very cheap drinks were serves ($3 basic spirits anyone?). We'd only planned to stay out a little bit but of course we had a huge night out. And for the first time in my life, I threw up into the toilet when we got home and promptly passed out, head on the toilet seat. I'm all class! And a little bit proud, as I've never done anything so trashy before in my life!
Friday morning I slept in TWO HOURS LATE! I managed to get to work and did all I needed to, but by 4pm I had a vicious migraine and had to go home. Slept a few hours then went to mum's as I was spending the weekend with her.
Saturday we went to IKEA where I got myself a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, as well as various random bits and pieces. The most exciting purchase was a toy bat called Kryp! Afterwards mum and I both had haircuts, both getting much shorter styles than we've ever had before (photos eventually) before having a delicious meal and seeing Stardust which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Sunday I spent the whole day with mum (dad was also there briefly, which was a bit odd), we watched crap Sunday TV, put together the drawers and did very little all day. It was nice. But I started feeling a bit ill, and by the time I got home Sunday night I was feeling awful.
Monday I must have had some sort of virus, I had a sore throat, was coughing and my body was aching like hell, and it felt like all of my nerves were exposed. I tried to go to work but couldn't, so I slept literally all day long. By Tuesday I was feeling so much better, though I'm still a bit achey and have an annoying cough now. Nothing like having a party-free weekend and winding up sick as a dog >:(
PARKLIFE is on this Saturday and should be a lot of fun, even if it's going to be fluro-kid heaven *shudders* Anthony and I attempted to go clothes shopping tonight, but were overwhelmed with fluro (yes![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
crystaljaded, Supre is Fluro Central nowadays) and went home empty handed. Well I lie, I bought some stuff, but not nearly as much as I normally would have. DAMN FLURO KIDS!
