Haha well I do see your point and totally agree but those ladies (if we can indeed call them that) have no dignity and would probably wear underpants as hats if they were told it was OK to do so.
Some leggings are made to be worn as pants, they're thicker and don't go see-through and don't bunch up inside your lady parts like cheap underwear.
Unfortunately 90% of girls who wear leggings as pants are idiots with no taste or style. Or are just too cheap to invest in some decent leggings. And it's them I shake my fist at!
