Thanks very much for your input on my accent - however I'm not sure I'd agree that all of the British indie bands that Aussies seem to love (and who sing with strong, obvious accents) i.e. Arctic Monkeys, Pigeon Detectives, etc sound like "uneducated, chavish arse".

I usually really love your blog, but that was just an out-and-out thoughtless, sweeping comment.
