Late Weekend Roundup

I've been too busy/slack to post the last weekend roundup. It was a really good weekend for the most part. Friday night I went out with Daz and Michelle to Barsoma to see S.O.S who were fantastic and very diferent to what's usually on in the Valley (or Brisbane in general). Saturday night was Filthy Gorgeous (it's a club night held by two English guys in Ibizia) where we were all encouraged to dress as slutty as possible and have ridiculous amount of debauched fun. Naturally I did and had a TERRIBLE hangover the next day. Ugh. Poor vikingcarrot who came over to discuss the zombiewalk the next day had to endure my random vomiting and general seediness. Sorry!

Anyway a few photos:

I was one of the least-dressed there which was terrifying at first but I soon got over it. I don't have any decent pictures of my whole outfit but it was fantastic and I didn't look half bad (I was wearing a mini-skirt, fishnets and black heels, which you can't see).

Hollie, who runs the club. Not a great picture but her (slutty) Mary Antoinette costume was the best ever! Her stockings even had little pink cameo's on them!

In other exciting news my sister nearly died on Sunday night. Her boyfriend, while driving her car MUCH too fast around a corner, hit a curb and rolled the car. Her gorgeous, brand new Suzuki Swift might I add, which she;s had for about five months! She is OK and she'll get a brand new car thanks to her insurance. But holy crap, not cool at all. Why she let's her boyfriend drive her car when he's one point away from losing his license and speeds like a bat out of hell is beyond me. All I know is, if I owned such a cute little car I'd not let anyone drive it and I'd treat it like it were made from gold!

Shame she won't learn from the mistake since she gets a brand new 2008-model only next week and her boyfriend seems to be kind of proud of the whole thing. *APPALLED*

I got that top from a St Vinnies! It's a negligee which I hope was brand new :/ But I reckon you could get something just as hot at a sex shop, surely!? I did see some cute little negligee's in Target the other day, too.

ohhhhhhh that is so foolish... why don't some people learn!!! My girl friend was like that in high school, she wrote off 3 cars when we were in year 12, and she was proud of it, cos they were her parent's cars and then they got new ones and she's like yeahhh now we get even cooler cars! I was so appalled... there is no way I'd be EXCITED if I caused an accident!!

And FYI... the last three times I've asked someone where they got a piece of funky clothing from... they've said St Vinnie's... I think I should start shopping there! It's obviously the place for awesome stuff! Well done! (I avoid sex shops cos they are too damn tempting... but I have some extra cash... so hmmmm might investigate!!!)
